I have always been very passionate about food and cooking. Indian cuisine is diverse depending upon traditions, culture, ethnic groups, occupations, region, soil, climate and these cuisines vary substantially with locally available spices, herbs, vegetables and fruits. There is a saying in India, „The road to one’s heart is through their stomach“. The recipes we will cook together are very dear and near to my heart because I have learned them from my mother, grandmother and from my family members. They are „home-made“ family recipes.
